Effective cellulose-based aid for soaking up moisture, blood and fat during sloughing and thin cutting.
Advantages of Sugocell:
- high absorbency
- does not smear, thus very good grip of the skin and the meat body
- no sticking of the down feathers (as e.g. with sawdust)
- no food basis for harmful insects (as e.g. with maize or potato meal)
- can be beaten/shaken out very well
- can be washed out very well
- very helpful for thin slicing (fat absorption!)
- also suitable for refining
