Life-size model.
Females. Habitat: Moving waters and rivers, shore zones of large lakes.
The River Snail is separately sexual. In males, the right antenna is remodeled into a mating organ. River snails are viviparous. For this purpose, the female animal carries the egg capsules in the uterus.
