At the first sight, these eyes resemble CC-eyes with white banding. The top is, however, curved more strongly outwards and, like the deer eyes, become flatter at the edges. The thickness of the glass over the pupil gives the eyes much more depth than the CC-eyes.
"Maurice Bouten Eyes" have been developed in collaboration with renowned Dutch taxidermist and former European champion Maurice Bouten. The new exclusive 190MBX series creates a unique and lifelike replica of the real eye. By means of silicone casts, the shape of the original eyes was reproduced 1:1. This mold served as the basis for the production of the glass blank. In order to facilitate insertion for the preparator, no distinction was made between left and right eyes. Due to the individual shape, these eyes are only suitable for some specific animal species.
