These fittings are very easy to install (no screws!) and yet very stable.
For mounting, a hole of 25 mm diameter and 13 mm depth is drilled, the Bormax forstner drill is ideal for this. The fitting is then inserted and the fixing hammered in with a hammer and countersink. The fitting sits firmly without additional screws. In this way, light to moderately heavy taxidermy mounts can be hung securely on the wall.
