Dwarf Crocodile Skull.
The dwarf crocodile is named for the interesting bony texture of its skull (Osteolaemus: 'bony throat'). It is one of the smallest of the crocodilians, growing up to lengths of 5-6 feet. Living as long as 100 years, this nocturnal reptile is found only in the rivers of West African forests.
