Dento-Pur
White, shrinkage-free, 2-component polyurethane quick-casting resin for casting wild boar tusk and large canine teeth of predators to prevent shrinkage cracks. However, this material is also ideally suited for the positive production of casts of teeth.
Application:
The teeth or negative moulds to be cast must be thoroughly dry, as the resin may foam up if moisture is present.
Shake both resin components vigorously before use.
Mixing ratio:
Example: 20 g component A, 2-4 g white pigment, 20 g component B.
Pot life approx. 140 seconds. Cast teeth can be demoulded after approx. 15 minutes. Store the two resin components protected from light in the box provided. Shelf life of the components approx. 6 months.
Working pack consists of 100 g Comp. A, 100 g Comp. B and white pigment.

- 10 parts component A
- Add 1 to max. 2 parts white pigment (not necessary when casting teeth), stir well into component A.
- Add 10 parts of component B, pour immediately
