Supralan UF
Washing and degreasing agent for bird skins and mammal skins as well as for use in bone preparation.
SUPRALANE are highly active detergents with an excellent degreasing effect. SUPRALANE are solvent-free and biodegradable. SUPRALANES can be washed out cold without any problems. Supralan UF is non-ionic.
Washing and degreasing of mammalian skins and bird skins, etc.:
Add 0.5 - 3.0 g SUPRALAN UF per litre of water to the wash liquor.
SUPRALAN UF can also be added to the soak and pickle bath.
Degreasing of bones:
2 - 3 g SUPRALAN UF per litre of water. SUPRALAN UF emulsifies almost all animal fats near the surface and is suitable as an additive in all baths from bleeding to bleaching. In the bleaching bath, a maximum of 5 - 10 g / litre of hydrogen peroxide (35%) is added.
The treatment is completed after approx. 2 - 4 days. Soak bones thoroughly before drying. Heat (e.g. heating cabinet) can increase the activity of the baths.
Combination of SUPRALAN 67 with SUPRALAN UF
SUPRALAN 67 in combination with SUPRALAN UF leads to an even greater degreasing effect. Same application quantity of SUPRALAN 67 in addition to SUPRALAN UF.
