Found on the Indian subcontinent, the hanuman langur is also known as the gray langur. The langur is comfortable in a variety of habitats. While their most common mode of locomotion is as a terrestrial quadruped, these social primates often sleep in trees. As trees become more unavailable, the langur may become more susceptible to predation. 2-part skull (separate cranium & jaw).
