The original jaw of the great white shark was prepared by Dr. Gordon Hubbell, a leading researcher in sharks and featured often on The Discovery Channel. Dr. Hubbell estimates this shark to be a 19' 6" female. He knows of none found larger. Female great white sharks grow larger than the male. The original specimen was brought to Sea World in San Diego and was caught off the Southern California coast. We are grateful to Dr. Hubbell, who lent us this magnificent specimen to cast. The jaw contains a total of 230 teeth (5 rows of 46). This item requires special crating and shipping, not included in price.
