Human Male Vertebral Column with Magnetic Pelvis

Homo sapiens
Human Male Vertebral Column with Magnetic Pelvis
Built-in magnets hold in place the right and left innominates, sacrum, and coccyx to form a fully assembled pelvis of an adult male. The vertebral column, complete from C1 to L5, attaches to the pelvis assembly, and is fully flexible. The detachable innominates allow focused study of just the spine or pelvis, allowing one to see the auricular surfaces of both the ilium and sacrum, as well as the face of the pubic symphysis on the left innominate. This useful feature will allow those interested in aging techniques to view these surfaces with the added benefit of reattaching the bones in natural articulation. Additionally, clinical anatomists, physical therapists, and physical anthropologists will find this model to be of great value in demonstrating spine and pelvis skeletal anatomy and flexion. The Magnetic Male Pelvis KO-316 is available alone.
